Microdata and SETS software. The 1991 Longitudinal Followup (LF) to the 1988 National Maternal
and Infant Health Survey (NMIHS) reinterviews women who were respondents to the NMIHS to
provide information on a number of areas related to child health and development. The 1991 LF
consists of three parts: the live birth survey, the child medical provider survey, and the fetal and
infant death survey. The 1991 LF can be merged with the 1988 NMIHS to provide a rich longitudinal
data base for maternal and child health.

1994-96 CSFII.
