SLIS 761 - Information Technologies in the School Library Program

Class Session: Monday, June 25, 2018 - Thursday, August 02, 2018

Credit: 3 semester hours of graduate credit

Prerequisites: SLIS 706

Note: Please register for this course by June 18, 2018. Sections for this course: J50 (students living in SC); J91 (Other States Cohort); J92 (Other States Cohort). Sections J91 and J92 students pay the cohort tuition rate.


Course Description

Technology management, use of technology and nonprint resources, and their integration into the K-12 curriculum.


Course Delivery Type

A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc. Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

(100% asynchronous - if course has any online or face-to-face meetings, live attendance will not be required. For any such sessions, there will be alternative ways to view or obtain the material covered).
