Hertz on Demand offers qualified drivers ages 18 years and up environmentally friendly vehicles by the hour or the day. Members access cars using a Smart Card and only pay for the time they rent the car .

Rates are:
Fiat - $6.50/hour
Sentra - $8.50/hour
Altima- $9.50/hour
Jeep- $10.00/hour

The rate includes:
Gas
Insurance, including coverage for the Connect car
GPS Navigation
iPod Adaptor ( Auxiliary Cord )
Bluetooth technology
24-hour Roadside Assistance
Support of a 24-hour In-house Member Care Center

Join
•  Visit www.hertzondemand.com and choose USC's location
•  If accepted, the member will receive a Welcome Kit within 7 to 10 business days including an Access Card, a PIN, and a member number enabling them to use Hertz on Demand cars located on campus and other locations

Reserve
•  Online at www.hertzondemand.com or by calling 877-654-4400
•  Members choose from a list of vehicle locations and block out the period of time they will need a vehicle

Access
•  The member must have a reservation for their Access Card to work
•  Hold the Access Card over the card reader located on the driver's side windshield to unlock the vehicle
•  Start the car by using the ignition key found in the docking station in the console or glove compartment

Drive
•  Pick up the car in the reserved parking area - areas are Bull Street Garage, BA Lot, and Cliff Apartments.

Return
•  Members must return the vehicle to the reserved on-campus parking area where it was picked up
