Vehicle Requests will be processed in the order that they are received. 
Requests must be complete and received at least 72 business hours before the scheduled pick up time.

SUBMIT ONE REQUEST FOR EACH VEHICLE. CONFIRMATION NUMBER WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL

In order to rent a State Fleet vehicle, you must be approved to drive through U.S.C Vehicle Management. This includes submission of a driving record AND mandatory training if requesting a 15 passenger van. More information can be found on U.S.C. driver authorization here:
