The on-line parking permit application is part of the VIP system for students, faculty, and staff. It is only available during registration periods (after June 1).

Login to the system using your student or employee ID along with your 4-digit PIN number.
 Information about student PIN numbers can be found at the Office of the Registrar's Registration Information.

Once you have logged in, click on the Personal tab at the top of the page. Then select Parking Permit Application. Make sure that the selected term is correct.

Permits for Parking Garages and Reserved Spaces must be purchased at Parking Services.

Handicapped Permits - Faculty/Staff may register for Handicapped Permits online through VIP. Students, please read Handicapped Permits and apply at Parking Services
