Job Shadowing

The USC Job Shadow Program is an opportunity for students to spend a day with employers in careers they are interested in pursuing after graduation. They can learn more about a specific job, build their professional network or explore a variety of career options related to their major. There is no better way to experience a potential career path than to see it firsthand.

Program Timeline

Job Shadowing takes place on ONE mutually agreed upon date between the student and employer host, ANYTIME between Sept 23– Sept 27, 2024. The program is meant to be a day in the employer's site. Shadowing should not run multiple days unless the student and employer have agreed to meet more than once.
