Hours per Week: Typically 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, or 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, rotate every third weekend

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepares, dispenses and monitors medications, and IV admixtures to meet patient, employee and public pharmaceutical needs. Research drug information questions and determines pharmacokinetic parameters for appropriate dosing. Ensures the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to patients of ALL ages. Makes appropriate clinical interventions to ensure patient safety and optimize patient outcomes. Authorized access to all medication storage areas within AnMed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in South Carolina.

Full-time Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Tandem Health (Sumter, SC)

Duties Performed

  • Provides pharmaceutical excellence through direct patient care activities as a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Provides accurate medication order-entry, drug distribution, and patient care (which may include point of care testing). Confirms the appropriateness of drug therapy as it relates to the care of specific, specialized patient populations. Seeks to minimize turn-around-time for products and services.
  • Actively participates in department and institutional committees and projects.
  • Actively participates in the provision of health education including didactic and experiential training programs as well as education for nursing, pharmacy and medical staff
  • Serves as a primary preceptor for the Tandem Health-University of South Carolina PGY-1 pharmacy residency program and participates in academic and administrative activities related to the program
  • Provides concise, applicable, timely responses to requests for drug information
  • Acts as liaison between pharmacy and assigned patient care area solving distribution problems and monitoring drug supplies for proper storage, etc.
  • Available to dispense in either Tandem Health pharmacy on an as needed basis
  • Expands clinical services, policies, and/or processes to facilitate the management of patients with chronic conditions

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Display knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology; possess good mathematical & computer skills
  • Understand SCBOP/DHEC/DEA rules/regulations
  • Be a problem solver; able to work in dynamic interdisciplinary team situations; handle urgent, stressful conditions
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with subordinates, peers, supervisors and others outside the department

Qualifications Education:

  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
  • Possess current licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of South Carolina

Experience

  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Residency preferred, or
  • If no residency experience, 3 years of pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 of those in the ambulatory care setting

Full-time Pharmacy Manager

Location: Front Range Pharmacy (Englewood, CO)

Proposed start date in late December 2025 - Early January 2026
($70-$80/hr)

Front Range Pharmacy is looking to add to our team a motivated and driven pharmacist desiring a management position at our locally owned Englewood pharmacy. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who support one another and are always looking to innovate in ways that help our community find their way to better health. Customers and community come first at Front Range and we can’t wait to add another passionate individual to our team to help us achieve our goals.
