Improved Functionality in Self-Service Portal

The Division of Information Technology has introduced an improved self-service portal. The portal allows users to request services through a simplified service catalog, report problems, and search an expanded knowledge base for information. Additionally, we have introduced live chat with the Service Desk. The video to the right demos the new Division of IT service portal.
