Improved Functionality in Self-Service Portal

The Division of Information Technology will introduce an improved self-service portal on July 10. The portal will continue to provide all functionality available in the past, but users will have additional options that will make it easier to request technology-related service. New features include the launch of live chat with the Service Desk, a simplified service catalog, and an expanded knowledge base with customer-friendly articles.
