Description
Do your students struggle with papers, essay exams, and other writing assignments? Do you wish you had more strategies to help them produce clear, polished work? In this workshop, Christy Friend will discuss reasons why writing projects are so challenging for students and share some best practices for designing assignments, encouraging successful writing habits, and providing feedback to help students improve. The session will conclude with an informal question-and-answer session focused on specific writing issues workshop participants have encountered in their teaching.
