This electronic form has been created for campuses, colleges and schools to identify new faculty for New Faculty Orientation organizers, who will send invitations based on the information you will provide. Please submit the information for up to ten new faculty members. If you have more than ten new hires, please submit the first ten and then submit the remaining candidates on a new form. Click the Submit button when done.
