Entrance Loan Counseling is a process that will explain your rights and responsibilities as a Stafford Loan borrower.  If this is your first time receiving a Stafford Loan, then you must complete this counseling.

Exit Loan Counseling
Near the end of the term you expect to graduate, or if you are withdrawing and you have had a Stafford Loan while at the University of South Carolina, you must complete the requirements for Stafford Exit Loan Counseling.
