NURS 722 - Advanced Practice Nursing Management of Chronic Diseases in Pediatric, Adult, and Gerontological Patients across the Health Care Continuum

Course Description

Advanced Practice Nursing of Pediatric, Adult, and Gerontological Patients with chronic illnesses and disabilities across the health care continuum.


General Information

This course will be delivered primarily via video streaming. As directed by instructor, students will access streamed materials through Blackboard. High speed Internet access is required for video streaming. Information on technical requirements and getting started with video streaming can be found here.


Course Delivery Type

A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc. Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

Course Materials

Textbooks are available from the USC University Bookstore in the Russell House Student Union, Greene Street, Columbia, SC, 803-777-4160 (toll free at 888-654-5320). Online text ordering is available through the bookstore Web site at www.shopgamecocks.com. Delivery options are in-store pickup or UPS shipping (Ground, Second Day, or Next Day). Students are required to indicate their course section to order online; there will be a "J" prefix on the course SECTION number for this course.
