Meal plan downgrades or cancellations are now closed for Spring 2024.

This form is only to be used for Columbia Students, Gamecock Gateway, Pathway Students, Declining (DCB) Meal Plans and to request to Drop a Meal Plan.

First-year students entering the university and living in university housing are required to purchase an all you care to eat meal plan for two semesters. First-year students do have the option of a higher meal plan.

Meal Plans and Declining Balance plans do NOT carry over from one semester to another. 

****Students who are suspended from the University by the Office of Student Conduct will not receive a refund for their meal plan.
