USC may send no more than three preliminary proposals as the lead institution. Full proposals are to be submitted ONLY WHEN INVITED by NSF.
Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by April 29, 2019.In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
NSF indicates that a Letter of Intent is NOT REQUIRED and a preliminary proposal is due June 25, 2019. INVITED full proposals will be due January 27, 2020.
