NIH: The KUH/NIDDK Predoctoral to Postdoctoral Fellow Transition Award (F99/K00 Independent Clinical Trial Not Allowed) RFA-DK-19-032This solicitation... aims to attract graduate students from a diverse and broad range of scientific disciplines, including (but not limited to) engineering, statistics, data science, imaging, biochemistry and genetics, who are recognized by their institutions for their high potential and recruit them to pursue a career in research on Kidney (K), Urologic (U), or Hematologic (H) diseases.
USC may submit only one F99 application per receipt date. There is no limit on the number of K00 applications.
Your F99 application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a standard NIH formatted biosketch and a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by February 18, 2020.
NIH indicates that a letter of intent is NOT REQUIRED and a full proposal is due by April 14, 2020. For more information:
