DOS: CTR FY 21 Counter Russian Malign Influence SFOP0007361This NOFO focuses on mitigating weapons of mass destruction (WMD), related delivery systems, and advanced conventional weapons proliferation and security threats from proliferator states and non-state actors.
USC may submit one (1) proposal to this solicitation. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by November 16, 2020. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
