This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the Comprehensive Opioid Stimulant and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) Training and Technical Assistance (TTA). This opportunity will provide training and technical assistance to BJA COSSUP grantees to address technical operational challenges to improve responses to overdose deaths, illicit opioids, stimulants, and other substances. TTA will be provided in four core areas:


1)      Pre-Booking Operations


2)      Correctional Facility Operations and External Provider Coordination


3)      Privacy-Compliant Information Sharing


4)      Performance Measurement Infrastructure


 


Limit on Number of Applications: You may submit only one application to the NOFO. If you submit multiple applications, only the most recent system-validated version will be reviewed.

Submission Process

Limited submissions MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research.
