An RSVP is appreciated to make sure we have enough food. This event is to honor staff, and we want all staff that can attend to do so. We are excited to honor and celebrate USC staff. 

We are working with dining to ensure everyone has the lunch option they select. Please only take one entrée per person the day of the event. 

There will be limited seating and staff can sit at the adjacent tables and chairs on the lawn and patio areas. Also, staff may bring their portable tailgate chairs.  

The event will move inside Russell House and be held in the dining areas.

No staff member is required to stay the entire time of the event. Please feel free to come and go as your schedule will permit.

No worries. We asked staff to RSVP to ensure we are prepared for your attendance. You may let us know if you aren’t attending, however, it is not a requirement.  

Please work with your leadership to attend, which will involve ensuring your unit has coverage. Staff should be able to attend.  

The event is in an open area that is mostly ADA compliant. If you have a special need or question, please email Staff.Senate@sc.edu prior to the event.
