Chad Hardaway
Director
As an attorney and chemical engineer, Chad brings a broad skill set to intellectual
property protection and management. He has a passion for and expertise in entrepreneurship
and small business development and has served as a mentor of multiple National Science
Foundation I-Corps teams.
As an attorney with a background in business litigation, Tiffany brings an expertise
in contracts law and oversees legal agreements for TCO. She also serves as primary
contact for questions about the office and intellectual property at USC.
With a background in entrepreneurship and consulting Kyle brings expertise in licensing,
small business development, and SBIR/STTR funding. He’s served as an NIH I-Corps mentor
and manages licensing activities for TCO.
With a background in data management, Lacie assists with the processing of intellectual
property at USC from disclosure to licensing. She handles IP from the College of Arts
and Sciences, Arnold School of Public Health, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing,
and regional campuses.
With a background in legal contracts, Omar assists with the processing of intellectual
property at USC from disclosure to licensing. He handles IP created in the College
of Engineering and Computing.
