The winners of the 2019 awards for undergraduates announced

The Department of Geography extends its congratulations to this year's award winners:

• Patrick McKenzie  
  Winner of the Julian J. Petty Award for excellence in geographic scholarship.
  
  
• Micah Luchay
  Winner of the Donald Bushman Award for excellence in cartography.
  
  
• Joseph Sparacino
  Winner of the Bennett S. Masaschi Undergraduate Scholarship.
  
  
• Nathaniel Posey
  Winner of the Rising Senior Award.

The award winners will be recognized by the university on Awards Day, April 18, and by the department at a luncheon for all graduating seniors on Friday, May 10, 11:30 am–12:45 pm in Callcott, Room 112.
