Job searches for spring placement should begin very soon, and job-related exploration should begin now while you have time to invest in the process. When you use the resources readily available through your Blackboard PMBA Community Career Management folder, consider these tips to get started:

First, you must edit your resume and LinkedIn profiles so that your content reflects where your goals, wins and experiences are taking you. Upload your information to your Handshake profile for campus recruiters so you are engaged with what that platform can provide passively. 

Next steps include researching your position of choice. Discover common duties across industries, individual transferrable skills, exciting growth areas and discovery about where the experience and education gaps are, especially if you are in the early stages of the program and are looking for direction toward coursework, a specialization or certificate. It is vital that you explore position requirements to help your forward progress.
