The current 24-hour turnaround for copy requests remains in place and the process is straightforward. Faculty are asked to either bring copy requests to the support center (Carolina Coliseum Room 120) or email copy requests to printing@moore.sc.edu. This will allow for more than one person to receive the request to ensure it is addressed in a timely fashion.
When dropping off (or emailing) a copy request, faculty will be asked if they prefer to pick up their copy job or have it delivered. If delivery is desired, the faculty member will be asked to provide contact information.
If a faculty member has a preferred time for delivery, he or she should inform the
support center personnel at that time the request is made (in person or via email)
or by contacting the support center at a later time to schedule delivery. The daily delivery
times are 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If the faculty member is not available to receive delivery at the desired time, he
or she may pick up the copy request at the support center. Faculty will always be
able to pick up copy jobs in the support center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
