From our central location in South Carolina, day trips around the state are easy. It's just 30 minutes to Lake Murray, a 50,000-acre recreational area with boating, swimming and water-skiing. You can get to the Appalachian Mountains, historic Charleston or the Grand Strand beaches along the Atlantic Ocean in just over two hours.
