Description: Customer satisfaction is critical to an organization's survival in today's competitive business environment. How you handle your customers has a direct impact on the success or failure of our mission at USC. A successful customer encounter always leaves the customer feeling valued and appreciated. In this interactive workshop, you will gain the skills needed to enhance customer relationships and create a "customer-focused" culture. Participants will: learn how to project a professional image, identify who the customer is determine what the customer really wants, learn principles of outstanding customer service, demonstrate proper telephone courtesy and etiquette, and determine what their 'pickle' is and provide it to the customer.
