Directions to the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center:

  • From Greenville, take I-26 East to Columbia I-126 to Huger Street. Go .8 miles and turn left at the 4th traffic light onto Gervais Street. Go .3 miles to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Lincoln Street and the Convention Center is 1 block down on the right.
  • From Florence, take I-20 South to Exit 76A onto I-77 toward Charlotte/Charleston. Merge left onto I-77 toward Charleston. Get off at the Shop Rd, Exit 6-B. Drive 3.4 miles to the end of Shop Rd and turn right onto George Rogers Blvd. At the first stop light George Rogers turns into Assembly Street. Drive .8 miles to the 2nd light and turn left on Blossom. Drive two blocks, turn right onto Lincoln Street and the Convention Center is four blocks on the left.
  • From Charleston, take I-26 West to Columbia, Exit I-77 North get off at the Shop Rd Exit 6-B. Drive 3.4 miles to the end of Shop Rd and turn right onto George Rogers Blvd. At the first stop light George Rogers turns into Assembly Street. Drive .8 miles to the 2nd light and turn left on Blossom. Drive two blocks, turn right onto Lincoln Street and the Convention Center is four blocks on the left.
  • From Charlotte, take I-77 to Columbia. Get off at Shop Rd, Exit 6-B.   • From Atlanta, take I-20 to Columbia. Get off on Exit 58, turning right on US Hwy #1. After 5.8 miles, veer slightly left Jarvis Klapman Hwy. Continue to Huger Street. Turn right onto Huger Street. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn left onto Gervais Street. Go .3 miles to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Lincoln Street and the Convention Center is 1 block down on the right.

Parking:

"AD" Lots next to the Colonial Center have been reserved for the Expo. The Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center is a block away from the Colonial Center, and the lots can be found on this map. On it, they are just beneath the Colonial Center, which itself would be just beneath the Convention Center were it featured on the map.

Note: Half of lot AD-3 will be marked for Faculty and Staff.

City of Columbia Parking Garage across the street from the Columbia Metro Convention Center. We DO NOT have free parking there this year. You may pay the regular prices that are posted.
