    Stephanie Ackerson

    Stephanie is an instructional faculty member in the Department of Biological Sciences, where she teaches undergraduate courses in genetics, cell and molecular biology, and introductory biology. Passionate about creating engaging learning environments, she continually refines her teaching to better support student success through interactive learning, intentional course design, and a focus on helping students understand not only scientific concepts but also the purpose behind them.

    Patrick Harris

    Patrick is an Assistant Professor of English whose research examines the performance of race in Shakespeare, early modern drama, and contemporary adaptations. Through his scholarship and teaching, he encourages students to critically engage with questions of identity and representation using literature and performance as pathways to deeper cultural understanding.

    Tricia Kramer

    Tricia serves as Associate Director of the Office of Undergraduate Research, where she helps students connect with faculty mentors and navigate meaningful research experiences. With a focus on expanding access to undergraduate research, she supports students as they build confidence, develop professional skills, and engage in high-impact learning opportunities. Her work is guided by a commitment to understanding the experiences of today's students and creating pathways that help all learners thrive, particularly those participating in research for the first time.

    Avril Lail

    Avril serves as Director of Field Education in the College of Social Work, where she oversees experiential learning opportunities that connect classroom knowledge with professional practice. Drawing on more than two decades of experience working with children and youth, she helps prepare future social workers to build meaningful relationships and respond effectively to the needs of communities they serve.

    Anthony Morgan

    Anthony is a library manager dedicated to fostering student learning through research support, information literacy instruction, and campus engagement. A familiar presence at professional development workshops and events, he brings curiosity, enthusiasm, and a learner-centered approach to helping students navigate academic resources and succeed in their educational journeys.

    Caleb Morris

    Caleb is an Instructor and Academic Advisor in the Arnold School of Public Health, where he teaches practicum courses and mentors undergraduate students in Exercise Science and Public Health. His work centers on helping students translate academic goals into practical experiences while creating advising environments that promote belonging, confidence, and academic growth.

    Stacy Winchester

    Stacy is a Research Data Librarian who partners with students and faculty to strengthen research practices across disciplines. By providing guidance on data management, analysis, and sharing, she helps researchers build the skills needed for transparent, reproducible scholarship while making complex research processes more accessible to learners at all levels.
