Many academic units and programs offer celebrations for graduating seniors each semester. Please check with your academic unit on events happening in your college or school and please refer to the Registrar’s Office for information on official commencement ceremonies.  

Here are events that are happening that are open to ALL students graduating in fall 2025. Check out the individual program websites for details and information about RSVPs.

Countdown to Commencement Fair

• Monday, October 27
• 11 a.m. -3 p.m. in the Russell House Ballroom, section AB
• Graduating in December 2025 or sometime in 2026? Be sure to stop by the fair! Chat with campus offices about tickets for graduation, how to order your cap and gown, get connected with the alumni association and more than a dozen offices or partners designed to support students for graduation and life AFTER graduation! We’ll have free food, lots of giveaways, a graduation photo station and more!

Adulting 101

• Various dates throughout October and November
• Workshop and event series to help juniors and seniors prepare for life outside of the classroom after they graduate!
• Open to all USC students, RSVP on the Adulting 101 website

Regalia Ordering Deadline

• Deadline Friday, November 14
• Save the date! The LAST DAY to order you cap and gown for commencement ceremonies in December 2025 is November 14, 2025. This is a firm deadline. Don’t miss it if you will participate in the December 2025 commencement ceremonies.

• Student for a short time, Gamecock for a Lifetime! Learn more about what that means by connecting with the USC Alumni Association at a series of events they are hosting for soon to be graduates. Listing will be updated as all events, dates, times are confirmed

GradBash

• Wednesday, December 3
• 12 p.m. -3 p.m. on Davis Field (Russell House side)
• Celebrate graduation and join us for USC’s Fall 2025 Grad Bash! Get ready to celebrate your achievements at this exciting in-person event. Join us on Dec 3 from 12-3pm at Davis Field by Russell House. December grads can stop by the event to tell us their future plans, get coffee and snacks , and take senior photos with Cocky! This event is the perfect opportunity to commemorate your hard work and create lasting memories. Attendance is free but students need to complete the USC First Destination Survey. Don't miss out on this unforgettable celebration.
