Project Description: The Byrnes block redevelopment will include approximately 18,000 SF of student-oriented retail relocated from the Russell House at the Sumter and College Streets frontage, along with 8,000 SF of retail along Main Street. The project will also feature student housing on levels 2–6, with the potential for market-rate housing facing Main Street, as well as a parking garage.
