Project Description: The project will replace building systems that have reached the end of their service life and modernize student rooms to align with the quality and experience of recently renovated residence halls. It will also address exterior envelope needs, including window replacements and a new roof. In addition, the Phase I effort will evaluate broader site master planning opportunities surrounding Capstone and Columbia Hall.
