Jenell joined the Office of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Analytics in June 2023.  She provides administrative support for OIRAA as well as the Office of Academic Programs, by maintaining calendars, utilizing PeopleSoft for scheduling travel, submitting reimbursement documents, and procuring office supplies.  She maintains all aspects of academic program record keeping, including tracking the flow of academic program proposals, processing notifications and approvals, and updating the program inventory for the academic program proposal tracking system.

Jenell prepares and maintains specialized records and reports for entities such as the USC Board of Trustees (BOT), the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education (CHE), and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).  She supports OIRAA staff with documentation and reporting for SACSCOC, institutional effectiveness, institutional research, strategic planning, and the OIRAA website.

Before joining the University of South Carolina, Jenell worked as a Student Data Analyst in the Registrar’s Office at Tri-County Technical College.  In her free time, Jenell enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
