The Office of Undergraduate Research will host a series of professional development workshops for undergraduate student researchers this summer. We invite all interested undergaduate student researchers from all disciplines to participate in these workshops.
Workshop details are listed below, and in the 2023 Research: Next Steps flyer (PDF). There is no registration required to attend these sessions, and all undergraduate researchers from all disciplines, including USC students and those visiting from other institutions, are welcome to participate.

Case studies will be presented to provide a framework for discussion of common ethical questions in research.
Preparing for Graduate School

Presented by a panel of graduate students and Graduate School faculty and staff
In this workshop, a panel of faulty and graduate students will discuss the graduate school application process with emphasis on what programs to consider and what to look for in an advisor. This workshop will also explain options for funding your graduate school education including assistantships and fellowships.
Reflecting on Your Research Experience
