Service History: Synithia is a native South Carolinian. She Served with 64th Brigade Support Battalion on active duty from 2009 to 2013. Separated from the United States Army in 2013.  Enrolled at the University of South Carolina as a student veteran in 2018. Graduated with B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Education.

Synithia currently serves the office of Veterans and Military Affairs as Director of DoD Voluntary Education and Lead Student Services Coordinator. She serves on the Veterans Alumni Council board and is member of the Military Affiliated Advisory Committed where she works with a team to lead a university-wide approach of enhancing services, programs, and policy changes for the university’s military population.  As a veteran serving other student veterans, she has an affinity for the military affiliated population and is excited about serving those who serve.
