Capacity overrides (i.e. overrides into courses or sections that are full) are not given for 100 and 200 level courses. Capacity limits may increase, so if you would like to add a course that is full, please check Self-Service Carolina periodically to determine if more seats are available. To request an override for 500, 700, or 800-level courses, fill out the Override Request form below. You will be contacted within 72 hours of submission concerning the status of your request. Please note that submitting an override request does not guarantee that you will receive an override, and if an override is provided, you must still register for the course.
