The National Weather Service in Columbia has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the University of South Carolina until Thursday, October 31, 2019 7:00pm. https://inws.ncep.noaa.gov/a/a.php?i=39837553 Weather conditions are favorable for a thunderstorm producing hail 3/4 inch or larger in diameter and/or winds equal to or exceeding 58 miles per hour. People in the affected area should seek safe shelter immediately. Do not walk or drive through flood waters regardless of depth. Do not attempt to retrieve your car or personal items from flooded areas.
