Presentation proposals will only be accepted from registered vendors, and registration does not guarantee that a proposal will be accepted for presentation. Please be aware that the schedule may not allow for more than one presentation per company/organization.

Information on proposals for the 33rd National Conference on Students in Transition can be found on the Proposals Page.

The National Resource Center for The First-Year Experience and Students in Transition at the University of South Carolina reserves the right to refuse requests for any and all
(a) vendor booth space and
(b) advertisement space in the electronic event program for Center-sponsored events that are not consistent with the Center's mission and goals.

A written request for refunds is required. Absolutely no refunds will be made after TBD (for the 33rd National Conference on Students in Transition).

In order to provide conference attendees with additional information about our vendors, we are including descriptions of our vendors in the electronic conference program. Please upload a company logo (.png, .eps, or .jpg file format) and a 50-word description/about your company or mission statement for inclusion in the program, on the vendor registration form.

The National Resource Center also offers vendors the opportunity to advertise in our electronic conference program. By purchasing an ad in the conference program, you place your company or organization's products or services focused on student learning, development, and success in front of conference attendees and all those who will view the program once the attendees return to their campuses. To purchase ad space, complete the ad space section on the Vendor Registration form. Materials will not be returned and become the property of the National Resource Center. Conference organizers reserve the right to review and approve ad copy.

The deadline for materials is TBD (for the 33rd National Conference on Students in Transition).

Submitted ads should be print-ready (300 dpi or higher) and in either a .png, .eps, or .jpg format.
