HRSA: Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program Evaluation Cooperative Agreement HRSA-18-037The purpose of this program is to provide data and conduct analysis to inform improvement efforts in Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). CAHs will benefit by having resources related to financial and operational improvement, quality of care reporting and improvement, emergency medical service (EMS) integration and population health activities. CAHs will have access to analyses of relevant data and evidence-based best practices to improve their outcomes. CAH focused improvement efforts will also inform other CAHs and state Flex programs.
USC may only submit only one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by Jan 19, 2018. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
