DOS: FY2018 Capacity Building Program for U.S. Study Abroad SFOP0004985The Office of Global Educational Programs in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of State, is pleased to announce an open competition for proposals to advance the Bureau's objective of mutual understanding between the people of the United States and other countries, through building and expanding the institutional capacity of accredited U.S. higher education institutions (HEIs) to increase and/or diversify U.S. student mobility abroad through the administration of the FY2018 Capacity Building Program for U.S. Study Abroad.
USC may submit only one application in response to this solicitation. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by May 7, 2018. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
