DHS: S&T Terrorism Prevention and Counterterrorism Research (TPCR) Center of Excellence (COE) - Lead DHS-19-ST-061-TPCR-LEADThis FOA is requesting applications from accredited U.S. colleges and universities to lead a consortium of universities in a Terrorism Prevention and Counterterrorism Research (TPCR) Center of Excellence (COE).
USC may only submit only one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by August 8, 2019. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
