517—Advanced Statistical Models. (3) (Prereq: A grade of C or higher in STAT 512 or STAT 516 or equivalent) Theory and applications of advanced statistical models. Includes implementation and assessment of generalized linear, nonlinear and nonparametric regression, mixed effect, repeated measures, multivariate regression, and spatial models.

Topics Covered: Advanced models, including: generalized linear models, nonlinear models, random- and mixed-effects models, repeated measures models, nonparametric regression, spatial models, and data mining.
