Faculty Affairs

The Arnold School Office of Faculty Affairs is dedicated to organizing, supporting and improving faculty functions and activities. The Office oversees all aspects of faculty recruitment, appointment, tenure and promotion; and committee memberships.  The Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs also serves as a liaison between the Arnold School and groups such as The Graduate School, Office of the University Registrar, Commission on Higher Education, and Office of Academic Programs, and others.

The Office of Faculty Affairs oversees numerous functions related to faculty employment, performance and engagement. These services include participation in committees and other School- and University-based service and leadership groups,  and faculty recruitment/appointment, tenure and promotion.
