Avril T. Lail joined the College of Social Work as a Field Education Placement Manager in 2022.
Avril worked for over 20 years with children and youth in a variety of settings before joining the University of South Carolina in 2020 to assist in the COVID outbreak response. During this time, she served as a field instructor for MSW students.
Avril earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Columbia College, and her Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker in South Carolina.
