Fluor COO to speak on global ethics at USC Moore School
David Seaton, COO of Fluor Corp., will speak on global ethics Friday, Oct. 29, as part of the Darla Moore School of Business’ Wachovia Executive Lecture Series.
Seaton’s talk, titled “Global Ethics: Why it Matters to the Bottom Line,” is set for 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Campus Room of Capstone House at the University of South Carolina. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Fluor provides innovations and solutions in engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and project management. As its chief operating officer, Seaton oversees the company’s five business groups, project operations, business development and health, safety & environmental (HSE) services. Prior to being named COO in November 2009, he served as the senior group president over Fluor’s Energy and Chemicals, Government and Power groups and was responsible for the company’s activities in China and the Middle East. He has been with Fluor since 1984.
