Combination Degree in Health Information Technology and Pharmacy

Through special arrangement, the University offers combination degree programs in certain areas to permit a student to work on two degrees concurrently by combining credits, resulting in the student's taking fewer courses than the total required if each degree were pursued independently.

How to Apply

Students must first apply and be accepted to the PharmD program.

• PharmD Application

Students can apply for the MHIT program at the end of the second PharmD year.  At that time, submit an application for the combination program.   This will send your application to the MHIT program for review.
