| The first Lunch-N-Learn of the fall semester will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Oct. 28 in Russell House Room 203.
A yoga instructor will present "Office Yoga," a series of simple poses and stretches designed to relieve work-related stress, prevent and alleviate overuse injuries such as carpel tunnel and eye strain, and increase energy, focus, and concentration. User-friendly poses designed to be done at one's desk or in the office will be demonstrated.
Lunch-N-Learns are informal presentations about topics of interest to faculty and staff. The events are sponsored by Wellness Works at USC.
Light refreshments will be available, and participants can come and go at any time.
No reservation is required for this event, and there is no charge to attend.
