"Zelda By Herself" exhibit opens at McKissick Museum Feb. 15

“Zelda by Herself: The Art of Zelda Fitzgerald,” a collection of 54 framed watercolors by Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald, F. Scott Fitzerald’s wife, will be on display at McKissick Museum Feb. 15–April 11.

The collection, which also includes a portion of paper doll construction created by Zelda Fitzgerald, is part of a traveling exhibit organized by International Arts and Artists in Washington, D.C.

In conjuction with the "Zelda By Herself" exhibit, a Roaring Twenties fundraising gala will be held at McKissick Museum Feb. 20.

McKissick Museum is free and open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, with extended hours until 7 p.m. on Thursdays. The museum is also open from 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays.
