The USC Center for Public Health Preparedness presents its first "Lunch and Learn" event of the semester from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Jan. 19 in the Gressette Room of Harper College.
Speaker for the event will be Jill Michels, clinical assistant professor in the USC College of Pharmacy and assistant director of the Palmetto Poison Control Center. She will talk about what the poison control center does and the role it plays in public health emergencies.
All faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend this free event. Boxed lunches will be provided free of charge.
