Vijay Kapur, a 1990 USC Ph.D. recipient in international studies, will present a colloquium on "India's Himalayan Frontiers: Strategic Challenges and Opportunities in the 21st Century," at 3 p.m. March 27 in Gambrell Hall, Room 429.

Kapur, professor of marketing and strategic management at the University of Delhi, is the author of three books and more than 30 monographs in the area of international relations and international management, including several analyzing the impact of globalization and the 9/11 attacks on education and communications.
Before assuming his academic appointment, Kapur was in the Indian Administrative Service for 21 years.
