USC commencement ceremonies to be streamed, broadcast on ETV digital cable channel

The University's commencement ceremony, set for 3:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Colonial Center, can be viewed live beginning at 3 p.m. on digital television and the Internet.

S.C. ETV will broadcast the commencement ceremony live on its South Carolina Channel, the digital cable channel, and rebroadcast it at noon Dec. 31. The University will have streaming video of the ceremony at www.sc.edu/commencement/. To tune in to the digital cable channel, viewers must have either digital cable or a digital television with a digital tuner or a digital receiver.

Digital cable customers of the following will have immediate access to the South Carolina Channel: Time Warner (802), Comporium Communications (202), Comcast (192), Charter Communications (115), WRLK-DT in Columbia (32-2), WNTV-DT in Greenville (9-2), WITV-DT in Charleston (49-2), WRJA-DT in Sumter (28-2), WNSC-DT in Rock Hill (15-2), WHMC-DT in Conway and Myrtle Beach (9-2), Southern Coastal Cable Communications (78), HTC Cablevision (100), Pinetree Cable (66), Fairfield Communications (203), Homestar Entertainment (aka Berkley Cable TV) (145), and Western Carolina Communications (5).
