UTS Help Desk offers extended hours

For many students, faculty, and staff at the University of South Carolina, working hours are anything but "8 to 5." Computer problems and issues happen many times outside "normal business hours." Beginning April 2, University Technology Services is answering that call.

University Technology Services Help Desk consultants are now available by phone from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. Just call the Help Desk at 7-1800 to get tech support by phone from one of our consultants.

University Technology Services is proud to offer our extended phone support to the entire University community. We're looking forward to offering more services and support in the future.

Technical support is limited to phone assistance during the extended hours 6 to 8 a.m. and 5 to 9 p.m. If a technician is needed during this time, it will be scheduled during normal hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
