Dennis Embry, a researcher involved in the designing, testing, and disseminating of large-scale educational campaigns to improve school and community safety, will be the keynote speaker at a colloquium sponsored by the University's Research Consortium on Children and Families.
Embry is president and CEO of PAXIS Institute in Tucson, Ariz. His address, "Moving Toward Population-Level Prevention: Theoretical, Experimental, and Policy Implications," will be presented at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in the Walsh Conference Room (second floor), Barnwell College.
